How Do I Book A Ride With Your Service?
The easiest way to book is through our online 'ride request' form. You can also call our office during office hours (931-707-1953) or email us a request at info@andersonshuttle.com.
How Far In Advance Should I Schedule My Transportation?
We recommend scheduling at least 48 hours in advance, especially during busy seasons (summer and holiday). However, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.
What Areas Do You Serve?
We proudly serve Crossville, Fairfield Glade, Lake Tansi, Cookeville, Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Chattanooga, Nashville, and surrounding areas. We are based in Crossville, TN.
Do You Provide Door-To-Door Service?
Yes! We offer true door-to-door service, picking you up right at your home of location and delivering you directly to your destination - no transfers, no hassle.
Can You Pick Me Up Inside The Airport?
Yes we can. We offer our standard pickup (curbside, just outside baggage claim), or if you prefer inside assistance (meet & greet), we're happy to help for an extra fee, plus parking fees.
What Happens If My Flight Is Delayed Or Arrives Early?
We monitor flight status carefully, but the best option is inform your driver immediately of any changes, and also our office. Whether you arrive early or are delayed, we'll do our best to accommodate and adjust accordingly to when you land.
Is There An Extra Charge For Waiting Time At Airports Or Appointments?
A 45 minute wait is included for all airport pickups, after that, a $20/hr wait time fee applies. Waiting at an appointment is included in the cost of your trip, outlined in your reservation confirmation.
How Will I Recognize My Driver?
Your driver will contact you when they arrive and will be easy to identify based on their description they provide you, along with any instructions. Please contact them when you land, and it will make the process go as smoothly as possible!
Do You Offer Shared Rides Or Are All Rides Private?
All of our rides are private - just you and your traveling companions. We never mix unrelated parties in the same schedule.
What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept major credit cards to both secure your reservation as well as provide payment for our services. We reserve the right to charge the card based on the agreed price and any additional costs you may incur.
Is Gratuity Included In the Price, Or Should I Tip The Driver Separately?
Gratuity is not included in the fare but is always appreciated for great service. Most choose to tip their driver directly with cash, but you can also add a tip onto any transaction.
Can I Bring Extra Luggage, A Walker, Or A Wheelchair?
Absolutely. Please let us know ahead of time if you'll be traveling with extra items so we have ready the right vehicle setup to accommodate your items.
What Is Your Cancellation Or Rescheduling Policy?
We understand things change. But as a business, we do have a small fee for cancellations of $15.00, or 50% of the trip cost if cancelled within 24 hours of pickup, and no-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours) are non-refundable.
Are Pets Allowed In The Vehicle?
With exceptions, yes. You must advise us beforehand of any pets that may be accompanying you, and they must be crated. Any excess pet hair or mess resulting from the pet will have a modest fee associated with it.
Are Your Vehicles Insured And Are Your Drivers Professionally Licensed?
Yes! This is what sets us apart from our competitors, is that all of our vehicles are fully insured and maintained to high safety standards, and all of our drivers are properly licensed, background-checked, and trained for professional transport services.
