Pricing

• Time of Day – We’ve done away with our surcharges, and now have begun to charge a flat rate based on whether it’s a drop-off or a pick-up.

• We still have a wait time policy for any delayed flight or wait time incurred AFTER the driver has begun the trip.  This primarily involves an airport pickup – i.e., the driver has left Crossville and THEN is notified the flight has been delayed.

• Medical appointment trips (that are out of town) will have a base cost, plus a charge by the hour for any wait time.
