Our General Policies:

Cancellation Policy Made Simple:

  • Canceling your reservation may incur a $15 fee.
  • If you cancel between 48 and 4 hours before pickup, you’ll pay half of the fare.
  • For last-minute cancellations or no-shows, the full fare applies.

Flight Change Policy in Plain Words:

  • If your flight time changes, contact your driver AND our office ASAP.
  • If the driver has started the trip, part or all of the initial trip fee may be charged.
  • Additional fees may apply, but we’ll try to help.

Reservation Change Policy Explained:

  • Changing your reservation shouldn’t affect the cost, unless there are extra fees.
  • We may need flexibility depending on our schedule, as we can’t guarantee any new date/time will work for us.

Simple Vehicle Policy:

  • No smoking, drinking, or mess in our vehicles.
  • Breaking this rule incurs a $250 cleaning charge.

Payment Policy Made Clear:

  • We accept credit cards over the phone.
  • A valid card is needed to hold your reservation.
  • The final cost may change due to additional expenses.

Understanding Wait Time:

  • For airport pickups, we allow up to 45 minutes from flight arrival to meet your driver.
  • After that, there’s a $20/hour wait fee.
  • To avoid this, let us know about delays beforehand.

What Type Of Services Do You Provide?

We provide airport transfers which include drop offs and pickups. If our schedule allows, we also do longer distance medical appointment trips.

What Are My Payment Options?

A valid credit card is needed to reserve your trip, and most people opt to use that same card to pay for it. Local, repeat customers sometimes opt to pay in cash as well.

What Is Your Service Area?

We are based in Crossville, TN but serve the much wider area around us as well, including the Cumberland Plateau and anywhere in between Nashville and Knoxville, as well as 45 miles north of South of I-40.

Why Are The Total Charges Different From My Quote?

Your quote was based on the information you provided at the time the reservation was placed. Additional charges can result from changes to your trip, such as stops, wait times, delays, etc.

Do You Have The Proper Requirements To Drive Me?

Unlike most other services, yes, we are both licensed and fully commercially insured with the both the state and the airports.

Will I Be Sharing A Ride With Anyone?

Not unless you have more than one person in your party - we are a private ride service, much like a limo would be.

Do I Need A Reservation?

Yes you do. We can in some circumstances accommodate last-minute reservations, but it's always best to book as early as you can.

What Type Of Vehicle Will Pick Me Up?

We drive only the most well-maintained and well taken care of late model vehicles of any service like us in the area. While the model may vary, you can rest assured it will the right vehicle for you.

Where Will I Meet You At The Airport?

Our standard pickups are curbside, right outside the 2nd level doors - it's important you communicate with your driver to make it as easy as possible to find you! Another option, for an extra fee, is an inside meet n greet.

Will My Driver Help Me With My Luggage?

Absolutely! And anything else you need assistance with, such as a wheelchair, walker, golf clubs, packages, and they'll make sure you didn't leave anything behind!
