Cancellation Policy Simplified:

Flight Change Policy Made Easy:

If your flight pickup time changes before your driver starts the trip, contact them directly. If it changes after we begin the trip, contact the driver and/or the office.  You’ll likely incur additional fees because of the change, but we’ll do our best to accommodate the new date/time.

Reservation Change Policy in Plain Language:

If you want to change your reservation, it shouldn’t affect the cost unless you incur any of the additional fees in our pricing section with the new itinerary.  Flexibility will be necessary on your part depending upon our current schedule demands.

Easy-to-Understand Vehicle Policy:

No smoking, drinking, or making a mess in our vehicles. Anyone who breaks this rule will be charged $250 for cleaning.

Payment Policy Simplified:

We accept credit cards and cash** for payment and need a valid card to hold your reservation, regardless of how you pay. Your final cost may vary based on additional expenses during the trip.

Wait Time Policy Explained:

For airport pickups, we wait up to 45 minutes from the actual arrival time (the reason for the airport pickup fee). After that, there’s a $20 per hour fee in 15-minute increments. To avoid this, let us know if you’ll be delayed before your driver begins the trip.

Remember, all policies can change.

*If you cancel within 24 hours, you’ll pay half the price:  But – you can opt to use your prepayment as a credit towards a future ride.

What Type Of Services Do You Provide?

We provide rides to mostly airports and medical appointments, but really any destination within the state of Tennessee.

What Are My Payment Options?

A valid credit card is needed to reserve your trip, and most people opt to use that same card to pay for it. Local, repeat customers sometimes opt to pay in cash as well.

What Is Your Service Area?

We are based in Crossville, TN but serve the much wider area around us as well, including the Cumberland Plateau and anywhere in between Nashville and Knoxville, as well as 45 miles north of South of I-40.

Why Are The Total Charges Different From My Quote?

Your quote was based on the information you provided at the time the reservation was placed. Additional charges can result from changes to your trip, such as stops, wait times, delays, etc.

Do You Have The Proper Requirements To Drive Me?

Unlike most other services, yes, we are both licensed and fully commercially insured with the both the state and the airports.

Will I Be Sharing A Ride With Anyone?

Not unless you have more than one person in your party - we are a private ride service, much like a limo would be.

Do I Need A Reservation?

Yes you do. We can in some circumstances accommodate last-minute reservations, but it's always best to book as early as you can.

What Type Of Vehicle Will Pick Me Up?

We drive only the most well-maintained and well taken care of late model vehicles of any service like us in the area. While the model may vary, you can rest assured it will the right vehicle for you.

Where Will I Meet You At The Airport?

Our standard pickups are curbside, right outside the 2nd level doors - it's important you communicate with your driver to make it as easy as possible to find you! Another option, for an extra fee, is an inside meet n greet.

Will My Driver Help Me With My Luggage?

Absolutely! And anything else you need assistance with, such as a wheelchair, walker, golf clubs, packages, and they'll make sure you didn't leave anything behind!
