What Type Of Services Do You Provide?

We provide upscale long-distance transportation to airports, medical appointments, and any other destination.

What Are My Payment Options?

You need a valid credit card to make the reservation, and we charge that for the actual service. You can use the same one you used to book your flight!

Where Else Do You Go Besides Airports?

If you need a ride to a bus station, a car dealer, the dentist, your relative's house, a restaurant, or event - we drive as long as it's out of town.

Why Is My Price Quote Different Than Before?

Certain variables can dictate the cost for your trip, such as pickup time, pickup location, direction, and number of passengers.

Do You Have The Proper Requirements To Drive Me?

Commercial insurance, licensed drivers, proper permits - yes, yes and yes!

Will I Be Sharing A Ride With Anyone?

Not unless you have more than one person in your party - we are a private ride service, much like a limo would be.

Do I Need A Reservation?

Yes you do. We can in some circumstances accommodate last-minute reservations, but it's always best to book as early as you can.

What Type Of Vehicle Will Pick Me Up?

We drive late-model spacious, rugged, roomy and reliable Toyota Siennas. As comfortable as they are attractive.

What's The Best Way To Book A Trip?

As good as our receptionist is over the phone - honestly the best way is to go through our website here, fill out the form and we get an email with all of your details automatically.

What Can I Expect From My Driver?

Our drivers are the best! You can expect great communication and easy instructions, and either a quiet ride or great conversation based on your preferences.

Our General Policies:

Cancellation Policy:  You may cancel your reservation any time prior to the 24 hour window before your scheduled the pickup time, without penalty.  If your cancellation is within the 24 hours before, you will incur a half price charge.

Flight Change Policy:  If your flight pickup time changes prior to your driver beginning the trip, you should contact him/her directly and let them know.  If it changes after the trip has begun, wait time charges may apply.

Reservation Change Policy:  Any time or detail changes to an existing reservation are subject to changes in cost, as per our pricing policy, as well as are subject to our availability to accommodate the change.  We can’t make a guarantee that we can accommodate, but we will do our best.  Flexibility MAY* be required on your part.

Vehicle Policy:  We have a strict no smoking, no drinking, and no mess policy in our fleet vehicles.  We expect all guests and passengers to abide by this and treat them with respect.  A $250 cleaning fee will be applied to anyone who knowingly violates this policy inside one of our vehicles.

Payment Policy:  We accept credit cards for payment as well as to hold the reservation.  Your quoted cost may not be your total cost, depending on if there are additional costs incurred during the trip.

Wait Time Policy:  We wait up to an hour from the originally scheduled time of arrival on all airport pickups.  Beyond that, a $20.00/hr wait time charge will be applied in 15 minute increments for any wait time beyond that initial hour.  IF YOU KNOW YOU’LL BE DELAYED – THE BEST WAY TO AVOID WAIT TIME CHARGES IS TO LET US KNOW BEFORE YOUR DRIVER BEGINS THE TRIP.
