Our General Policies:

 

  • Cancellation, Change, and No-Show Policies

    • Last-Minute Cancellations:

      • Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup will incur a $50 fee or 25–50% of the total fare (whichever is higher).
      • Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup will be charged the full fare.
    • Last-Minute Changes:

      • Minor adjustments within 12 hours of pickup are free if they don’t disrupt scheduling.
      • Significant changes may incur a rescheduling fee of $25–$50 or 10–15% of the fare.
    • No-Shows:

      • If the passenger is not at the pickup location within 15 minutes (30 minutes for medical trips) and cannot be reached, the full fare will be charged.
    • Exceptions:

      • Cancellation fees may be waived for emergencies or extenuating circumstances.

What Type Of Services Do You Provide?

We provide airport transportation which includes drop-offs and pickups. We also do medical appointment trips, to your doctor, procedure, or appointment. We can also do various trips to other locations, typically out of town, but within the state.

What Are My Payment Options?

A valid credit card is needed to reserve your trip, and that card is charged for your reservation at the time you reserve it. We keep your personal financial information extremely secure, so you can opt to use the same card for future trips.

What Is Your Service Area?

Located in the Fairfield Glade area of Crossville, TN, we service both Knoxville and Nashville regularly. We also can do pickups to any of the surrounding areas, within the state.

Why Are The Total Charges Different From My Quote?

This would only happen if you incurred extra charges, for example from a stop made during your trip, or a delayed flight or wait time issue.

Do You Have The Proper Requirements To Drive Me?

Of course! Unlike a lot of other local services, all of our drivers have the required state licensing to drive passengers for hire, along with our commercial auto policy and our business liability insurance coverages.

Will I Be Sharing A Ride With Anyone?

No, all of our rides are private. Just you and anyone in your party, up to 3 people (for our normal sedans). If you require more room, a rental vehicle is possible, with extra charges of course.

Do I Need A Reservation?

Yes you do. While occasionally we are able to accommodate a last-minute, same-day request, typically you will need a reservation in advance.

What Type Of Vehicle Will Pick Me Up?

You're in for a treat, our vehicles are black luxury sedans that are well maintained by our expert mechanic, and ride like a dream. They are roomy, comfortable, and climate controlled.

Where Will I Meet You At The Airport?

Standard procedure for a pickup is to meet at the arrival curb, outer lane. But your driver will keep you informed on the best place to wait given the time of day and airport traffic at the time. They can answer any detailed questions you may have directly.

Will My Driver Help Me With My Luggage?

Absolutely! Anything you need - baggage help, assistance getting in or out of the vehicle, and anything else, our drivers are full service helpers.
